Using Firedoc
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Firedoc website and software. By using Firedoc, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or app.
Your projects and credentials
Firedoc is a client tool. You are responsible for the projects, environments, credentials, and data you access through it. You must have permission to use every Firebase, Google Cloud, Firestore, or other third-party account you connect to Firedoc.
You are also responsible for reviewing and understanding the changes you make through the app, including reads, writes, deletes, schema changes, indexes, queries, pipeline operations, and any other actions that affect your own systems or data.
No affiliation
Firedoc is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Firebase, or Firestore.
Acceptable use
You may not use Firedoc to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- interfere with the security, stability, or normal operation of the site, app, or related infrastructure;
- use the product in a way that violates the terms of any third-party service you connect to through Firedoc.
Availability and updates
Firedoc may change over time. We may add, remove, pause, or update features at any time. We do not guarantee that the site or app will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
The app may also check for updates automatically in the background so it can tell you when a newer version is available.
Paid features
Paid licenses, subscriptions, affiliate attribution, and license management may be handled through Lemon Squeezy. The pricing and billing terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase, and your use of the checkout or billing platform may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies.
Unless we say otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or limit access to paid features if a subscription ends, payment fails, or a license is invalid.
Disclaimer
Firedoc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise that Firedoc will meet every requirement or work in every environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of Firedoc.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
